Andrew South - President

Mr. South has extensive experience in retail and office leasing and commercial brokerage. His previous experience includes several years in banking as a corporate lending officer at Bank of America. He obtained his MBA from the University of Southern California and has real estate licenses in California, Washington and Oregon.

Perry Levine – Vice President / Real Estate Broker

Mr. Levine is responsible for the operations, leasing and financial reporting of the properties and staffing, management and administration of the corporate and site offices. He has been involved in investment real estate since 1982 and is experienced in all aspects of the industry including property management, acquisitions, financing and development. He received his BS in Finance from Cal State University, Northridge and is a licensed broker in Oregon.

Jacqueline Packard - Property Accountant / Real Estate Broker

Ms. Packard oversees all aspects of our property accounting. She is also an associate broker under Mr. South. Prior to coming to Southstar she worked for one of the largest property management firms in Oregon. She received her BS in Finance from Portland State University.

Cameron South - Property Manager / Real Estate Broker

Cameron is responsible for the management of several properties in the Southstar Portfolio. Additionally he performs research, analysis and financial reporting. Cam graduated cum laude from Temple University with a degree in Economics, and received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University.

Marilu Campbell – Business Development

Ms. Campbell is responsible for the marketing, leasing and business development for our portfolio of properties. In this role she provides exposure of our properties to local, regional and national tenants. When not leasing space, Ms. Campbell is an ice skating coach. She received her BA in English from the University of Florida.
