Andrew South - President 

Mr. South has extensive experience in retail and office leasing and commercial brokerage. His previous experience includes several years in banking as a corporate lending officer at Bank of America. He obtained his MBA from the University of Southern California and has real estate licenses in California, Washington and Oregon.


Perry Levine - Vice President

Mr. Levine is responsible for the administration, operations and financial reporting of the properties.  He has been involved in investment real estate since 1982 and is experienced in all aspects of the industry including property management, acquisitions, accounting, financing and development. He received his BS in Finance from Cal State University, Northridge.


Jacqueline Packard - Property Accountant / Real Estate Broker

Ms. Packard oversees all aspects of our property accounting.  She is also an associate broker under Mr. South.  Prior to coming to Southstar she worked for one of the largest property management firms in Oregon.  She received her BS in Finance from Portland State University.


Jennifer Tonne - Executive Assistant

Ms. Tonne is Mr. South's "right hand" and is responsible for office management, customer support and lease administration.  Ms. Tonne is also actively involved in the day-to-day operations of several local properties.
